The Melkite Charitable Foundation (MCF) was established in 2001 and is the not-for-profit, charitable arm of the Melkite Catholic Eparchy of Australia, New Zealand and All Oceania.
MCF provides many services to the community ―

settlement assistance

refugee advocacy

Australian citizenship and immigration support
-
aged, respite care and social services support
-
English language and literacy programs
-
adult education and skill training courses
-
education scholarships for disadvantaged children
-
social connections with religious groups and community organisations
-
community care and preventative health programs
-
community-based volunteer programs.
MCF also offers short-term, financial support in times of hardship, crisis or emergency, with NSW government-funded food vouchers and programs that assist clients to manage their essential utilities― gas, electricity, and water.
